By completing this form, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

• I voluntarily participate in the Vita Casalinga tour and related activities.
• I waive and release Vita Casalinga, its hosts, chefs, affiliates, agents, and employees from any claims for injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or expense arising from unforeseen events, including but not limited to weather, war, strikes, sickness, government regulations, or third-party services.
• I understand that I am responsible for securing my own international health insurance coverage for the duration of the trip, and I will provide proof of coverage prior to departure.
• I understand that Vita Casalinga may photograph or record video during the tour. I grant permission for these images and recordings to be used for marketing, social media, or communications purposes.
• I understand and accept the risks associated with travel and participation in this tour.
